Vertical Vibrating Conveyors / Cooling Spiral Screw Elevator For Granular Material

Vibratory spiral elevator is applicable to materials of powder, block and short fiber. The materials not only can be lifted, but also can be dried and cooled during the process of lifting. There are two main types of the elevator: open type and sealed type.
Vibratory spiral elevator can be designed to classify the granules as well as conveying, and deal with flammable and explosive materials according to different process requirements.

DZC vertical elevator is made up of tank, vibration motor, damping system and so on. It uses vibration motor as the power source, transporting the materials along the slotted helix upward by taking advantage of synthetic amplitude of the two motors.

The machine conveys material by down-up and up-down two ways. It can be made into an open or closed structure according to different production processing requirements. Closed conveyor can effectively prevent harmful gases and dust from spilling. According to users’ needs , we can change the structure of the machine, so that you can accomplish cooling, drying, screening and other processes while transporting material.
